Sydney's Harbour Cruises can include sights of Lady Bay, Camp Cove, Nielsen, Manly Cove and Chinamen's Beach, along with jazz music, Latin dancing and gourmet meals.

Sydney, Australia is know for its beautiful beaches and stunning views. One of the best ways to enjoy both is by taking a fun-filled cruise around the harbour. You'll find day and night cruises at the Cruise Booth located near the Circular Quay train station close to the Harbour Bridge.

Harbour Bridge

The infamous Harbour Bridge was completed in 1932, and cost $20 million to complete. It crosses the Harbour at its narrowest point and connects Sydney with businesses in North Sydney. The stretch between North Head and South Heads and the wonderful Harbour Bridge offers the most spectacular views.

Beach Views

Beaches around the harbour are much calmer than the major beaches. Lady Bay, Camp Cove and Nielsen beaches are in the south shore. Manly Cove, Chinaman's Beach, Reef Beach and Balmoral comprise the North Shore.

Lunch and Dinner Cruises

Before taking a cruise, you may want to consider how you and your family will want to spend the day or evening. For an extensive lunch or dinner cruise, there's a luxury modern catamaran. It's a great way to spend the day with the whole family and not have to think about where to eat. Magistic Cruises also offers buffet lunches and dinners of seafood, hot and cold dishes, salads, desserts and special selections for vegetarians. (Children $18-44 AU; Adults $33-89 AU)

The Matilda Catamaran has an hour or all day cruise. (Children $15 AU; Adults $29 AU)

Music lovers can choose from Vagabond Cruises' Jazz Lunch featuring jazz standards, R&B and the sounds of New Orleans, or the Latin Cruise with a three-course buffet, DJs, Latin dance music and lambada competitions. The adventurer in the group may want to try the Harbour Jet, known for its fast spins, power brake stops and music mix. (Packages available)
